I log it as circuit training buy FYI I've rarely burned more than 200 calories with my HRM. Don't use the MFP calorie estimates they are WAY too high.

Are these mutually exclusive ? Losing weight for a lot of people means being healthier. I doubt many people abusing "fast food, etc." are losing weight. Obesity, even slight, has significant health consequences.

Give yourself some credit. If you have been trying to eat right and having been consistently working out I'm sure your body has changed! It's not all about what the scale says. Toning, muscle development, etc. all add to a better "figure"- I'm sure this is what people are seeing in you. Have you taken measurements?…

You can totally do it. Our bodies are capable of amazing things despite what our brains our telling us. I have a few suggestions. I find that running outside is MUCH easier than on a treadmill and makes the minutes go by quicker. Also not having the ticking clock right in front of your face the whole time can help as well…
