Hello ladies! Well, this is week 2 with no more weight loss.. I was going to whin and complain but then I read your posts for the day. you gals are very positive and supportive. So i'll be happy knowing that although I didnt loss any , i didnt gain either :)

Hang in there Lesley, I so feel your pain!. remember that little you gain could simply be water retention.. I started a multi viatimin and it has helped with water retention and I'm feeling alittle better.. Dont give up..We wont let you :)

Feeling alittle better, working hard in garden, sore muscles today LOL. Started light wt. work out, mostly streching. Scales havent moved and cant fit into clothes yet but I know it will take time.
