Most of the time, I log my entire day in the morning, it helps me stay on track.

If your toes are going numb, that means you are putting weight on your toes. Lean back a little and focus your weight in your heals.

I like the Almond Breeze brand Almond Milk. I buy the original and not the vanilla flavor because I also bake with it. I think it tastes good.

I made it to my goal weight and took a 6 month break from tracking my calories. By that time, I could eye ball portion sizes and I knew to stop when I was full. I'm back now because I'm tracking my calories so I can lose fat.

My DH weighs 50 lbs more than I do.

I have 2 kids that are 21 months apart and what helped is eating clean (fresh fruits, fresh veggies, & lean meat), lifting heavy weights, lots of cardio and AB work. I love to do hanging leg raises. Good luck!

I think you are the closest I have seen. My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle. I don't really care how much I weigh as long as I meet my body fat percentage goal. Age: 22 SW: 121 CW: 111 GW: 108 Body Fat %: 23.9 Goal Body Fat %: 18% Height: 5'2"

You're not going to lose much weight by lifting. You will lose fat and gain muscle. If you only want to lose weight and not gain muscle then lower your calories, eat healthy, and do cardio.

If I plan to run on the treadmill then yes, if I plan to lift weights, I take my rings off.

Great idea! I make 5 minute bag ice cream with almond milk (1 cup--plus a tablespoon [45 calories] of wholesome sweeteners organic sugar) and it's only 105 calories without add-ins.
