I started with regular push ups and I did them every day. Now, I can do at least 30 in 1 set before I have to take a 30 sec-1 min break.

I love drinking out of a 16.9 ounce bottle. I drink 4 of those. I also keep 4 hair ties around my wrist and take one off every time I finish a bottle. Sometimes I drink more than 4 bottles. I also like my 32 ounce CamelBak Water bottle. I only have to drink 2 of those.

Yesterday was my birthday and I looked up the amount of calories in my favorite drinks and budgeted for them. I also had 67 ounces of water throughout the day. I think that and dancing for 3.5 hours helped curb a weight gain.

I'm 5'2 and I started at 121 pounds. My original goal weight was 110. My goal now is to have defined arms, back, abs, and quads, and to have a body fat percentage of at least 14%. I currently weigh 105.6 lbs.

I love lifting weight and I'm still losing weight, losing body fat, and gaining muscle. I just bought some for the first time and it's not my favorite, the kids can tolerate it, and my husband hates it. I'm going to try to finish the bag, but I probably won't buy it again. I put a little worchestershire sauce in it and it tasted okay.

I make muffins, pancakes, eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, I east anything I want. Everything is made from scratch and is low calorie.
