Dead Freaking SEXY!
I just started doing DL in November and love them! After having to take some time off, I am finally back up to where I was in December, DL 135x5 yesterday! That's 1.4 times my body weight! Working towards twice, but it'll be a while :P0 -
I do them. Hate them, but love the results. As the girl said "elevator *kitten*!".0

Very good for just starting out!
I don't set really specific goals, apart from 132 and 220 (1 & 2 plates each side). My main goals are just to keep increasing the weight and maintain good form.0 -
I do them....0

I recently started DLs with my new found love of Kettlebells (my husband has a 50lb KB and the DL is the only move I can do with a 50lb KB, lol - I reserve my lesser weight KBs for everything else), but without a gym membership (or a bar and weights), that's as high a weight as I can get for now. =( With that being said, I HAVE noticed my @ss lifting beautifully, so I'm a happy girl. :happy:0

Ooo! Deadlifts are my favorites! Oh, and so are power cleans! And split jerks! And push presses! And squats.... I love squats! And power snatches!0

Thank you! :blushing:0 -
I am limited to some extent by lower back issues but was finally able to start dead lifting a few months back. I love my upper body since I started lifting so I'm hoping my lower body will start to catch up now I can do more. I can dead lift my body weight and am keen to see progress. I was introduced to one arm rotational barbel dead lifts the other day, could feel those for days after!0
