This weeks weigh In is 205, my mini goal for this week is doing push ups 3 sets of 10 before bed time. And drink more water less juice and no more cokes

I didn't realize that 2000 calories was going to be too much for me as I am starting out and I like to start slow to make it a habit for me. I only did 933 total calories. :( I felt like I was doing better this week too,

hey! I know what you mean. It's hard getting ME back when you have family life to get to. I am just starting out as well and cooking is not my best friend. I am starting off slow for me.
