I don't know that they would notice, if they're not logging in to MFP. It's your friend's list, so you get the final say in who's on that list. I don't think I'd want to log in everyday and see a friend feed full of "so and so hasn't logged in for X days." That would be distracting from the updates you want to read.…

I tried P90X when I was in pretty good shape. It's rough. It takes a good 1-2 hours to complete it (depends on that day's program). I had to give it up b/c my wrists became too sore. It's very strenuous.

I've always been told, don't let your trigger foods, or food in general, be your reward. Let something like buying new, smaller clothes or getting a mani/pedi be your reward. From what I've learned, using food as a reward reinforces the habit of using food for pleasure or that certain foods are forbidden. Good luck!
