I'm not to my goal weight but I did just get gifted about 50 articles of brand new/near new clothes that are size 11/12 and I started my journey as a size 24. You better believe that I am walking around in the new clothes like it's my job!!!!! ????

In my opinion your calories burned at work should be factored in as your activity level not as exercise, but either way I would go the HRM route.
