  • Doing the math it seemed like it was counting those days as zero calories. I thought it skipped them. Didn't it used to? I thought I remembered a disclaimer in the past that it only calculated days when you added at least one food item. I suppose it thinks I fasted for two days. Don't worry, I won't eat a whole cake!
  • Thanks for the post, OP. After overcoming my initial fear of the weight area, I'm ok going in there now and doing my thing. But I am still a little afraid of asking for help when I'm in there. I want to squat more weight than I'm able to lift up and onto my shoulders, but I can't figure out how to get the bar up onto my…
  • You look great but also it's great to hear what God did in your marriage! I look similar to your before pic right now. Can you give me some more details about what you did? I'd like to have an after pic like yours. I eat pretty well (at least not too many calories), run and do lots of other cardio and lift weights…

If I do aim for 1544, would that be the net…
  • What do you mean by "refrain from netting 1200"? That's what MFP says to do. I guess I don't really *need* to because I'm close to my goal weight. I only have about 5 lbs to go. Do you think I will be "flustered with slow weight loss"? I didn't lose anything over the last week, even though I've hit my net calorie goal…
