Hi I've been on a rollercoster for awhile and just decided to rejoin MFP. I had lost 65 pounds a few years ago down to 180lbs, but since I've been married the last 5 years I'm back up to 206.8. I believe a group and a challenge will help me get motivated to get down to my goal of 145 without life getting in the way.

After a hard workout I like to stretch out and take a hot shower and then sleep.

i am 5'3 and weigh 187 and wear a size 14/16. I would like to be at a comfortable size 10/12 hopefully that will be in the 140-145 range. I've always done some kind of workout 1-2 times a week for the past year, so I think part of my weight is muscle. :smile:

I just started out and would love to start the Clean Eating Lifestyle. Especially for my weightloss. I have 45 pounds to get rid of and hopefully this will be the change I need.
