    I found that and I did the bootcamp calorie burn video 2 days ago and I am feeling it. I was sweating a ton more than I did doing level 1 on the 30 day shred.:happy:

    Why are most of the videos like 2.5 minutes long? Nobody works out for two and a half minutes! :angry:
