I have quite a few favorites. If you want an actual cookbook. I recommend Practical Paleo. Every recipe I have made has turned out great! Emeals.com has also just added a Paleo Plan. They give you a shopping list and recipes for the week. It's great if you don't like to sit down and plan out a whole week of meals yourself.

Thanks for the inspiration! I'm running my first 5K on October 13th and I'm hoping to run a half-marathon this Spring in Nashville. Nice to see someone about the same size as me accomplishing their goals!
