Second that. Nice addition of vitamins and potassium as well.

Now imagine getting your lazy *kitten* off the couch and doing something productive. I bet the obsession over the minutia would diminish. Idle time and sedentary lifestyle are a bigger problem in western culture than if I eat a cookie or not.

Your best off doing the activities you enjoy and can stick to regularly. I am a runner and have tracked progress over time burning 800 cals a session running for 45 minutes vs, burning 800 cals walking for 2 hrs: no different for fat loss.

Syntha6 by BSN. The mochachinno tastes like heaven.

Weighing everyday seems obsessive, especially seeing that a few pounds of weight fluctuation from water can constantly jump you around. Weekly just seems to make more sense. IMO

If I were the man in the situation, I would be easily subdued if my female companion said, " It makes me feel better about myself and when I feel better about myself I am more likely to give BJ"s." I would then shut right up about it. :)

Your head seems to be stuck

Working on it! Not much I can do about my mug though :)

I agree with the others here: tracking is the key more so than the type of food itself other than an adequate amount of protein and fats.

Set a realistic calorie goal, get plenty of protein and healthy fats and eat what calories you have left in carbs, whatever their source. As long as you are not taking in more than you are burning, sugar will not make you fat.

Run outside. Run more. Push through, when you think you can't go any further, go further anyway. Get good shoes. Warm up some before a run with some dynamic movements but DO NOT static stretch before. Do some moderate static stretches after and then ice shins if there is any discomfort..

I use Asics and replace them between 150-200 miles. The shoes look new but the shock absorption is no longer the same. I run primarily trails with roots, rocks., hill climbs etc. but sometimes on the roads by house due to time constraints. Which reminds me: I need new shoes lol.

How does lowering the calories make it healthier? If you want less calories ... eat less meatballs.

Exercise is a very small part of weight loss. Do what you enjoy and stay in a slight calorie deficit and you will lose weight. It really is that simple. I can lose weight while doing no exercise, while walking, running, hiit, biking and resistance training as long as I am in a deficit.

Anyone that thinks you can't train fasted probably hasn't tried it. People have been fasting for religious purposes for a very long time without adverse effects. Look at the studies done on athletes that were fasting for Ramadan ... and they couldn't even have water. As long as I am hydrated I can keep up with anyone I…

Mine is a Rival. Love it. It has the insert for easy cleaning and multiple time settings.
Depends on your end goal. Look at runners bodies, then look at athletes that weight train, then at bodybuilders. Running doesn't slow muscle catabolism. Lifting weights does. If you're okay with the end goal being a runner's body, then running is enough.
I think you are referring to distance runners? Look…

Walking is fantastic and should be considered real exercise. Sitting on the couch watching TV should not. :)

I get up at 5:00 AM and eat breakfast between 12:00 and 2:00 Pm. My metabolism and blood sugar are fine.
-
Something to consider: running is an advanced activity and not the best way to get into shape or lose weight I am a runner but limit distance and add in hill sprints and other intervals; also got to a lower weight and fitness level before undertaking. (still ended up with an ankle tendon injury that I am slowly recovering…

Along with a couple of cups a day I also take a 200mg caffeine pill 4 times a day. My doctor says I am healthier than most all of his patients. For whatever that's worth. :)

Don't go by the scale so much. Use the mirror, how your clothes fit, even do tape measurements if you want. When you are new to workouts you will gain some muscle, the muscles you do have will fill with more water and glycogen adding weight. Keep with it, you will thank yourself for how you look and feel at the end of the…

I highly recommend a good Cissus supplement. A quick google search will give you some info. I swear by it and every time someone has taken my recommendation and tried it they rave at how much better their joints are, especially injuries.

Headphones and audiobooks make my walks never boring! :) I run and do weight training to music instead.
