Old formula has DAA which gives me a nice energy boost and decreased appetite with no crash, YMMV. The new has no DAA but higher caffeine. Both similar to ephedrine + caffeine in moa. I actually get very similar results using E+C or OEP.

Rotisserie chicken portioned out, steamed broccoli, brussels sprouts etc. in microwave and pre-cooked microwave rice would my first go-to.

Re-read what I wrote. I was not saying those that eat every 2-3 hours are likely selling or buying something, just the ones that are stating that is the ONLY way and the alternative will "slow metabolism, hinder performance, cause muscle loss" etc. blah blah. They must be selling something or buying into hype because the…

I fast everyday, (Intermittent Fasting) but I make sure to also get adequate protein, fats and total calories, just a shorter feeding window. My performance does not suffer in the slightest. I lift heavy 4-5 times a week and do some sort of cardio, whether steady state or HIT pretty much every day. I have not lost muscle,…

Ask your doctor about combining T3 and T4 instead of just the T4 you are taking now. Your body has to convert T4 into the active T3.

Roughly 100 cals per mile will give you a pretty accurate number.

I listen to audio books on my walks and usually go for "chapters" vs. a specific time or distance. Or I will set a particular destination, like a store a few miles away, walk there, get a treat or a few grocery items and then return home. Bonus if I get a couple heavier parcels to lug back home. :)

iPod does not have GPS so it is using the accelerometer only.

I use Runtastic and find it pretty accurate. Are you sure it didn't double post or something? No way you burned 415 calories walking 1.3 miles unless it was uphill or you weigh 600lbs.

Effective supps: caffeine, beta alanine, creatine, taurine and a few others. There are some pre-workout supplements available that have effective doses. I like White Flood by controlled labs (no creatine in that one), Jack3d by USPLabs, and Neurocore by Muscletech. I use creatine only when trying to bulk as it effects my…

Even lower calorie version by exchanging the tortilla for a piece of cardboard.

I lose weight just fine on eggs, hamburgers, bacon, cheese, coconut oil etc., etc. but I also get to eat the hamburger bun, potatoes, white rice, pasta, beer etc., etc. You just have to eat less than you burn. Quite simple really although not always easy. :)

Eating at a deficit works. Green tea will not hurt you but will be of little to no help.

Great point! Fuji for cutting RD for bulking ;)

I am evil and I eat carbs! Causation or correlation?

40 minutes weights, shoulders, tri's abs. 30 minutes tire flips for 200 reps. Fruit Ninja 20 minutes.

As others have said: I am glad you have found something that works for you. Here comes the but ... But, if your science was accurate I would be a fatty. I eat pretty much all my carbs for the day, including simple sugars, right before and even in bed. Sometimes as much as a 200-300 grams of carbs in a single sitting, to…

Depends on programmed rest duration, intensity, volume etc. Currently doing a push/pull, 1 minute 15 second rest with 15 - 18 sets. That takes 35 minutes and 45 seconds.

The fittest and most cosmetically pleasing people I know eat plenty of carbs including cake, ice cream, donuts etc. withing reason of their macro goals. Carbs are just another tool in your arsenal. Use all your tools! :)

It's always anybodies fault but your own. Stupid Leftist ideology has taken over everywhere in our society. It's called personal responsibility ... get some.

The idea, at least how I understand and follow it, is: As long as I am withing my total calorie goal, have met my micro nutrient and macro nutrient targets anything is fine if it fits. You still need to be intelligent about it and it is not "an all fastfood or junkfood" diet. I eat brocolli, salmon, brussel sprouts, greek…

I have a Bowflex Revolution and really like it. There is a lot you can do with it that you can't with free weights and a lot you can not do. Weak on the leg department; has an attachment and way to perform leg presses but it has limited range of motion and feels somewhat awkward. I am eventually going to add a squat rack…
