good and healthy workout supplement

looking for something to help me complete my workouts, burn some more fat/calories and that is healthy yet effective, any suggestions

Heavy lifting to build muscle is the best.
For supplements, there aren't many that are effective or fully safe/healthy... even those labelled as all natural. I find a cup of coffee before a workout helps me to increase my energy to workout at a higher intensity.0 -
Effective supps: caffeine, beta alanine, creatine, taurine and a few others. There are some pre-workout supplements available that have effective doses. I like White Flood by controlled labs (no creatine in that one), Jack3d by USPLabs, and Neurocore by Muscletech. I use creatine only when trying to bulk as it effects my longer cardio sessions (painfull muscle pumps). Your mileage may vary.0
