  • My most recent victory was that I can now jog (5 mph) for 30 min non-stop. This is huge for me cuz I have never been a runner and when I started the 1 min run 2 min walk for, however many times it was, just about killed me. Now the work begins on the 45 min non-stop :)
  • I weigh myself once a week, I stress out too much when I see the number fluxuate-even just a few oz. I feel much better when I weigh once a week so I can see the result not the fluxuation.
