  • either powder Jack or N.O. EX. mostly no food items because it makes me feel weird during workout.
  • that is not a bad thing ! ! actually some what better, because you do not want to eat a big meal or anything at one time. your body can only burn off so much during a time ... snacking a little will help you pass through the day and keep you balanced.. what is the snacking on?

  • awesome ! i think if we realize what we eat on a day to day basis / weekly basis of fast food, soda and fried foods then we can tell our selves no. it is a little hard the first few times but you get stronger at saying NO to the idea of it to where it does not stay in your head long and you can easily pick another healtier…
  • I think it definitely depends on what you get. no 2 12inch sandwhich or a sandwhich with alot of cheese or fattening items (like certain meats and cookies) and no soda. ha.
  • I guess it kind of does depend on what exactly you get when ordering chinese.. but I honestly would think a NO mainly because the way they fry their food and the sodium content along with alot of fat in the majority of the meats. but as 'morgansmom02' said, use your best judgement. :)
