I'll recommit to working out 5 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. My junk food intake has been really good, I just need to recommit to proper portion sizes for my meals.

It's the 30 day shred. Not every other day shred, or every few days shred. I think it needs to be done every day. But that's just my opinion. I am doing the 30 day shred every day and training for a 5k every other day.

I'm Jeska. I'm pretty new to myfitnesspal. I downloaded the app a few months ago but have only gotten serious in the last month. I started at 274 and weighed 265.6 this morning. I am 5'8" My goal weight is 150-160 I log every day. I haven't really played with any other features, like forums, commenting, etc, before today.
