add me. I am on 1200 but with exercise i need more. i try to eat fresh fruits and veggies. i eat several times a day but i watch my portions. i love to eat so i have been working on switching out high fat meals to low fat meals. its been interesting i am always open for more ideas.

i think 145 is good but like others say it depends on your frame. if i get down to 140 i will be tiny... like high school tiny (I still like my curves)
