Hello!
I am on about a 1200 calorie diet each day and I am looking for some motivated people with a similar daily eating recommendation for motivation and support! Add me as a friend :)

    Hope you're talking about net calories. ;-)

    I'm on about 1500, but since I hit the gym almost daily, I usually eat 2000 or more.

    I am as well. Looking for some really good recipies/meals that are quick. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm so sick of salads!

    I think most people on here are in that range ;)

    I work out a lot and am 5'10 so my BMR / min cals are 1600. I usually wind up at 1900 because of eating back exercise, so my diaries aren't the best examples. That said, add exercise and you'll both be eating more and have a more shapely bod when you melt off some fat!

    I'm on 1300 a day :) not been on this forum yet but sooo glad i downloaded the MFP app to my phone. It's fantastic (and free) and has really helped me turn things around. Some foods i genuinely had NO idea about the calories contained within. It's a fantastic tools and so far i have lost 28 pounds :S not sure how, but i have, the only thing is i am only just seeing a very small result :)

    there is a whole world of great 300 calorie meals that do not involve salads. portion control is very important

    add me. I am on 1200 but with exercise i need more. i try to eat fresh fruits and veggies. i eat several times a day but i watch my portions. i love to eat so i have been working on switching out high fat meals to low fat meals. its been interesting i am always open for more ideas.
