if it said 1200, it is correct. Seems low, but it also has to deal with your height. I'm 5'0", so I'm at 1200, while my friends are 5"6+ and get a VERY different number. Yes, I feel starved all day, but its the protein that helps.

yes.. My previous residence, I had the computers always going off and my stereo volume would move to the loudest setting by itself. It was a knob that someone had to turn to get the volume up. By 15 minutes, I'm starting to sweat. I have a towel and I don't care. It looks like I'm working out, unlike my friend that never sweats LOL And I've seen people SOAKED from top to bottom, so you keep going :)

I would add in fresh blueberries or strawberries and top it with a little granola :) You don't even need the granola, if you don't want.

I would have to call my grandmother, but from the show Laurel & Hardy, I believe Laurel married into my mother's side of the family. But it was either Laurel or Hardy for sure. Also, my great grandfather was the U.S. Olympic coach for the fencing team. Not sure the year though. But that is cool! :)

I call it the horrible 1200, while everyone else gets to EAT. LOL What I do is get around 1200 and then I workout at the gym so I could at least eat more in the day (Or else I'll faint cause I have blood sugar issues).
