Always switch it up. You could do 30 with light weights and 30 on the elliptical machine for example. Then you could do 45 minutes on the elliptical machine and do some time with the weights. I started eating mine back when I decided that 1200 isn't enough for the day. I workout and eat what I need to get through the day. I have lost 12 pounds from being on this site...lost a total of 24 pounds total though :) Keep up the good work!

After a 30 minute workout, I feel like I have tons of energy. YET, when I complete a 60 minute workout, I don't feel very good. I don't know why, but that is just me. NOT myfitnesspal! Get a calorie tracker for other workouts like yoga, dancing etc. And your elliptical is correct. :)

I didn't get it either until I would loose 500 calories and HAD to eat something. LOL You just need to fuel yourself is all. It won't hurt you and you will loose weight. I was also hesitant, but now I'm all for it. :)

I normally don't cause I'm always eating something different. The only time to pre-log for me is when I have planned to eat at a restaurant or I'm aware of my evening snack.

I drink 1-2 glasses a day and I LOVE IT. I am tired of everyone debating me. As long as I'm not gaining weight with it, so be it? Live Diet Coke! LOL

If it weren't for myfitnesspal, I would be logging in a journal. To loose weight, everything needs to be logged so you don't go over count. Those who don't succeed are not logging in. I know cause I have 3 friends that are not logging in and are not loosing weight.

I've seen others on this site with the same situation. My only eating disorder is EATING TOO MUCH. But I would say to exercise and burn your calories.

I do eat small meals, which include snacks throughout the day. I have to because if I don't eat throughout the day, I have sugar crashes (Hypoglycemic here).
