i like tea, cause it also increase your metabolism, but being from a Asian oriented family its been part of there lives, and i just made it part of my life recently. Were big on green tea, and things like that, we have other type of teas,that are from china but we only use it on special occasions

I stop drinking soda cold turkey last week when i started by dieting adventure... and i drank 8-10 glasses of water a day... with that i lost 13lbs last week... so if thats not a good reason to stop soda.. idk what is! oh and this is coming from a guy that drinks almost 2 liters of soda a day!!

it would be good to have 1-2 rest days but if u feel ur bored and have the need to work out, just got for a nice walk.. that's what i do. but i never have a rest day (why, im usually always doing physical work) lol

I think what he meant was, even if you lose the lbs in fat, you gain the lbs back in muscle?

what i do.. level 1 res. 5 min walk level 8 res. 30 second sprint 7-10mph 30 second jog 4-5mph for 20mins Cool Down *how ever long the machine give* usually net around 440 on the machine.. but since its Interval training.. i would add 100-150 more calories since with interval training your burn more than the average…

i find that playing games helps me keep track of what i eat and when i eat, and it doesn't interfeer with my gym time. currently im playing Aion F2P cause im tired of the bull**** blizzard puts me through with Diablo 3. waiting on GW2

well see in the next 6months... i had to withdraw from a competition a few months ago due to me wanting to go on this weight loss journey.. even my friends said ill be scary fast if i drop the weight.. and that's very encouraging to me so i took it to heart.

my first weight in is Monday morning... my motivation kind of slumped for a little the pass 2 days. I wont see how much effort i put into this until Monday.. i know you can do it, what i did was buy something that motivates me. since im into racing, i bought a racing seat in a 38" waist size.. and im a 48" i look at it…
