My protein goal is set at 25% so MFP calculated for my calorie needs 69 as my goal. Today I am at 149. I also can't figure out how to reach my fat goal without exceeding my calories or carbs. I am 4"11 and currently weight 115. Scooby set me BMR at 1116 and my total calories at 1227. So is 1227 what I should set my MFP goal at?

What about shredding some fake crab and adding that to a boring green salad? You probably need a little mayo but not much.
