There is also a great website called reddit keto that I have found very helpful. Just be careful where you roam as there is some pretty racy stuff on the website.

I use Toms deodorant for fear of the aluminum and Alzheimer's link. It doesn't work so great and on days I know I am going to really sweat I use real antiperspirant.

Ok I am ok with what my fitness age came out to but what is the VO2 MAX ? Mine came out as 40 and that is older then my age.

OMG, saving this to show my husband. CRAZY. What if he brings his treif lunch leaves it in a cooler in the car and eats it on a picnic bench at lunchtime? No he shouldn't have to do this but I can't think of anything else as inexpensive as what he needs. Hopefully he doesn't take the train to work or live in Alaska!

When I used a link that ran my Ratios they all came back as good however it was so shocking to get such different numbers. My doctor who has never said too works about my diet told me to eat a "low fat diet." I set my macros per paleo guidelines and try to hit them perfectly. I do too I will stick with it longer and see…

Thanks for listening. Glad to know I am not alone. I wish I LOVED meat. I also used to be a vegetarian and am so surprised how many others came to paleo from a vege lifestyle.

I have my macros set paleo friendly. I try to stay under carb wise but sometimes go over sugar. I guess I thought carbs and sugar were the same thing. I will try to make diary public later. Thanks

Ah. The timeline was so helpful, thank you. It feels good to know I am not alone! I looked at Mark's Daily Apple for the gazillionth time but I don't see any information specific to calculating your calorie level. If I am missing something please let me know.

I will muster up the energy to look at the website you suggested now. I am not sure if more calories would make me feel better. I don't feel hungry just lethargic.

Coconut oil, pistachios are great suggestions thanks. For religious reasons don't eat bacon but thanks for other suggestions.
