Hi all. Returning to mfp again! This time I’ve had my gallbladder removed and I can’t eat properly yet but I’m only 3 weeks post op. I’m eating 4-5 snacks a day and hoping to lose weight healthily. Last time I lost weight too quickly and developed stones due to this :(

I am waiting for diagnosis but on tablets to alleviate the vertigo symptoms (Betahistine). How do you manage to exercise around coping with Menieres?

Me too...I live in a house of boys who roll their eyes at the word 'calorie' lol, but also for the calorie counting and because most people are supportive on here :)

Don't worry, everyone has their own journey to go on. I know what you mean though, when you see posts about being sooo big at a size 2, it's baffling. The main thing to remember is that as you get closer to your goal, you will feel fantastic. :happy:

Hi, I'm in the UK too. I use USN Diet fuel. The strawberry one fills me up when I'm too busy for lunch, but the chocolate one doesn't seem to thicken enough.

An older lady had her card rejected at the supermarket today for £2.78, which is around $4.59, and she looked so upset, I couldn't let her leave without her shopping, and such a small amount. So I paid. My good deed made me happy :)

I will add you. I am not new on MFP, but rejoined recently and would like some friends that will interact with me and encourage me to stick to the plan. That is what I am trying to do right now. Are there any low cal snacks that help? I work and study from home and tend to want something to chew while concentrating.
