Gym or Classes
When I do cardio and resistance machines at the gym, I'm ok the next day... but when I do an aerobics/circuit class, ( I've only tried 2, and only completed 1 session of each) I hurt for 3 days after - like not able to walk and have to take painkillers just to be at home.
