Hi again from Kent, UK

I left Fitness Pal as I felt counting calories left me disheartened and reaching for the goodies in defeat, but since working from home, I'm returning several sizes wider and much heavier (not sure how much but its too much).

So here goes attempt number 2. I'm hoping to join the gym once my LO goes to school in September, which should help?
