  • Toast with vegemite, avocado, cheese and tomato! Or toast, avocado, dijon mustard and poached eggs, yum!
  • Porridge, mini breakfast 'quiches' (eggs, almond milk, veges baked in muffin tins - so good!). Today I had porridge with cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla and apples. Delicious, tastes almost like dessert, yet 300 calories and totally nutritious!
  • I find that rice crackers really curb my chip cravings! The brand I buy is around 110 calories per serving and absolutely amazzzinngggg! So many flavours as well, my favourite is Wasabi because they taste amazing and it is actually impossible to binge on them because they're quite spicy!
  • Vulpix! Although I'd never actually have one in my party. As for Pokemon that I'd actually battle with then probably Typhlosion.
