I would just do one day at a time and just finish a few days later than the rest of us :)

I use whatever weight I am comfortable with. I have 1, 2, 2.5, 5 and 10. Haven't used the ten yet! :) I use higher ones for butterflies, etc and lower ones for the lunges (gotta build up my wimpy arms!) But I am also lifting weights 3 days a week.

I hear ya!!! I just hold my boobs and skip the arm movement. That is with a regular bra with a sports bra over it! Sometimes big boobs are a pain! But they do even out my hips a little lol

Hello ladies. Well Day 2, Level 1 was completed last night. Soreness is much better today. Odd since I expected it to be worse. Still not sure if workout was harder or easier last night. lol Seemed to go through faster but still hated Jillian and wanted to die in parts. I think it is all the jumping jacks and jumping rope…
