I do the same thing, kinda. Instead of telling myself I "can't" have that cookie or third peice of pizza, I tell myself I don't want it because it will make me feel sluggish and bloated, etc. It has been working for the last three weeks, lets see how I fare during PMS week, lol.

I use stevia extract and almond milk in my coffee. This week I switched to chai tea with the almond milk. It tastes decadent.

Yea. I was twisting trying to free more of the hose. Its about 200 feet long so it gets very heavy. Thanks for the advice. I'm gonna do some stretches and go for a walk.

The pain is across my sacro-illiac (sp) joints. Very low back, i think its the periformis(sp) muscle. I aggravated it pulling garden hose watering flowers two days ago.

I'll be friends with you, too. I am similar in that when I am focused I do really well and then I let life and stress get in the way and lose hope and dedication and then am embarrassed once I snap out of it. I need help to SNAP OUT OF IT before I do real damage to myself (again).
