  • It is interesting that the non supportive comments on Insanity are coming from men....and how do you know somebody can't get awesme results from doing it in 5 months...awesome to them might be different than awesome to somebody else....

  • you could always try a stationery exercise bike, or believe it or not, jumping rope. You can control these....stop and start as you need....you can even buy a rope-less jump rope, it's called Jumpsnap.
