Sounds like this might work for me. I find myself taking mental notes throughout the day. I open the frig when hungry and ask myself, "What is low in calories?" Sometime after I choose and eat a food; I will remember that I could have chosen a better food.

I joined this site a long time ago but never used it. I have tried the Weight Watcher thing, but counting points just doesn’t seem to do it for me. I am sure there are hidden points that kept me from losing weight. I have decided it will be easier for me to eat what I want on a 1200 calorie diet. I need serious motivation.…
