Im starting to knw now the weight on the scale does not matter but more measurements b/c ive pretty much been at the same weight wont budge but i work out and run 6 days a week and just lost inches, no more love handles my arms are not flabby etc im a size 9 trying to get back down to comfortably fit in size 7 i am 138lbs…

I had mine removed i never wanted to feel something as painful as that again or even risk it its also dangerous as it could get inflamed then another attack could cause it to rupture then youd bleed to death internally

I just figured this out today ive been down on myself for only losing like 2 lbs since exercising since june but everyone keeps telling me ive lost weight and my waist is definitly shrinking and i tried to see if id fit into my old jeans and i did! So realy F you scale DONT STOP thats my advice
