you could look at chair exercise. My daughter is in a wheelchair and this is what we do.

Drink loads of water for a day, the next day you should be down. Personally, if I have pop (diet or not) or too many refined carb, the scale will jump up 2kg.. Hang in there.

I don't track my water intact, I have a 20oz bottle at my desk and that I fill and drink through out the day.. which is probably 4-5 times..

How people will try to sabotage your diet once they see you are doing well.

My understanding is that you don't need to log your exercise if fitbit is already tracking for you. Also remember that the calorie expanded greatly varies from site to site for the same activity, I normally use exercise as a bonus weight loss round.

I'm in the same boat, my DH is pre-diabetic and I've encouraged him to join a gym and he did for a while then he stop but he never changed his eating habit. my only resource now is to cook healthy food and just enough for 1 meal so there's no left over or opportunity to go for second. Same boat here too, the same 20 lbs for the last 3 years.. I need more friends for support and I need to keep myself in check especially when life throws me a curve ball (ie. illness, death, extra stress). Anyone feel free to add me, so we can support and motivate each other..

I had the same problem, then I realized I wasn't hitting my protein target and that's crucial especially after work outs. And keep hydrated.

The 21 day fix, could help especially if you need portion control.. You get a set of work out video and some colour containers, they give you instructions on how to figure out how many of each coloured container you need to eat.. ie. For me it's definitely hormonal but this has caused me a few times to just give up.. I'm starting to learn that I need to just step away from those day and keep on no matter the damage done. Tea with a bit of honey seems to be working these days.

People do sabotage our diet. Friends drop by with cake .. oh just one littel piece it wont' hurt.. It takes time and practice to be strong enough to say "NO". Try it a few times, it gets easier.
