Started Week 4 Day 1 last night. I like knowing that Day 2 and Day 3 will be easier than Day 1. Doing a 5K Color Run next month but it's all about fun and not time. Would like to hear your progress and you finish up the training - sending a friend request.

A year ago I had a ruptured disc that required surgery so I know back pain. Two times over the weekend I have seen people that I haven't seen in months and both noticed my weight loss and wanted to know what I was doing. My one friend told my son that "your mom is turning into a model with the way she's going". It's always nice when people notice and pay you a compliment.

I'm 5'4" and had an initial goal weight of 130 but have adjusted it down to 125. I have used pilates and yoga to tone up and it's made a big difference in my arms and legs. A friend request would be great.

Went through 3 black skirts in my closet this morning before I found one that would stay up and not look too ridiculous! Going back to older clothes that are one to two sizes smaller and they're loose.
