So, I'm heading into my last run with C25k (Week 8, Day 3) and wondering what other people have done after completing this program? I'm signed up for a 5K Color Run in September and hopefully doing a timed run in October so I have to continue my momentum. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Started week 8 of C25K, really had to push myself the last few minutes. Has anyone ever repeated the weeks until it came easier? Just wondering.
