This seems like a great group, I'd like to join! My goals for October are: 1-commit myself to the plan, 2-track my food every day, 3-drink my water, 4-deal with issues that put me into weight gain. Thanks for being here.

Had 2binges this week...both times I was very tired and poorly focused...thought I was beyond my binges. A day at a time.
