Egg scramble: 2 eggs 2T. shredded cheddar Sprinkle of Tastefully Simple seasoning salt Top with 2T fresh salsa, or whatever chopped veggies (tomatoes, bell pepper, green onion, etc) I have on hand All for about 210 calories. Keeps me full all morning

Old Navy has sports bras and tanks, up to 4X. I've never tried them, though. . . I have Danskin sports bras from Walmart, both the light and high impact ones. The higher impact ones are good, they help keep everything in while I'm jumping around, and they are pretty affordable. :)

Did level 1 last night. I've got so far to go, can't believe how out of shape I've become! It felt good to move and stretch, we'll see how hard it will be to move tomorrow. . . BTW, how often are we supposed to do the videos? Every day? Or are there a couple of rest days? Thanks!

OK, I'm going to start tonight. I have dumbells with plates so I can add weight if they get too light through the six weeks. Fifteen minutes is great, I am a busy mom too, but that is doable. Ugh, a picture! I usually try to HIDE my arms in pics, lol! But, it is worth it if I can see results. :)

Hi! I would love to give this a try, but I can't check out the link until I get home - it is blocked here at work. . . Do I need gym access or will I be able to do the exercises with dumbells and resistance bands at home? I would LOVE to have toned arms for summer, even if I'm getting a late start! :)
