Hello out there!

I want to lose weight. I'm not good at it without help. I've been considering Weight Watchers but it's so darn expensive. (I'm a stay at home mom so money is an issue) My biggest issues are staying on track and not giving in to cravings, and having the time to exercise. I hope that the forums will help me keep up the inspiration I need to lose! I'm definitely ready for a change!

    Welcome to MFP! I too am unwilling to spend a ton of money on losing weight! Having friends to talk you into exercise and remind you to hang in there can be really helpful!

    Saaame! I've just created a new account with MFP but been a member since the start of the year!

    I've lost 28lbs in total so far.... You'll do amazingly i'm sure :)
