http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants Not sure if you've checked this out, but it's helpful to me. Can't see your diary so I don't have any specific tips. I plan on being around for a while and I'm active if you'd like to add me :)

Yes! (1st assistant anyways!) Have you ever decorated super cupcakes?

D'oh! I'm still up for a bit. Having one last drink and finished all the painting that I can do for now.

Yeah, I recall work being very unfriendly to naps... f'rs...

Me reading mail: "Junk, junk, junk, bills, DONE" lol

Been there! I like nights, we get along well. I do wish that there was a nice paying overnight warehouse nearby! (my night shift is 230pm to 1030 pm currently)

This sounds like something that would work well for me! My main falling point(gaining point) is when my winter job hours fall off... big jump from 2800-3500 calories a day to my average 2100...

If necessary, yes! At this point I intend to log for 2 years minimum(I'm at 30 days this round) After that I plan to revisit MFP and keep in touch even if I'm not actively logging at all times.

You can preplan your evening snack and if you know what you're going to eat at night then you can eat appropriately during the day.

"I'll get to it later" and yep "There's a cat asleep in my lap" Have been used by me!
-
"I'll do it tomorrow" is trying to get me today... Sooo unmotivated.

My maintenance comes out to around 2200 calories(average TDEE for the last 28 days according to my bodymedia fit) That's sedentary with a few days of warehouse work mixed in... I expect that my TDEE will increase to about 3000 this winter when I start working full time again.(average burn on days that I work 2800-3200)

Way to make it work! I use to lift my baby, modified for upper and lower body lol. Now I take her to the park and walk/jog while she rides her bike. She enjoys it and we get to bond, feels less like a work out(but it's a great work out)

Thank you :)

My demon is the stretch marks... I gained a lot of weight quickly when I was pregnant and my last trimester I exploded with stretch marks...but it may not be as bad as you think. I actually did a search for you to find this awesome guy that came to mind…

I log from waking to sleeping as one day, but I also balance my calories weekly so it really doesn't matter.. Just which ever way you're more comfortable with.
-
Yep, I post in the middle of the night and then realize.... man I should have done this during the more active time... -dang it-

You will first have to decide between really fast or healthy. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants If you want healthy and sustainable the above link is amazing.

You're in the right place to ask, people just don't always read... "Goal: Gaining Weight" is the appropriate section. Tone isn't really a thing, just going to put that out there. To look more fit you are most likely going to need to do resistance training while eating at a small surplus. If you have access you can lift…

Just under 2 months from 181 to 171. Only lost 3 pounds the last month, but losing is losing and the bigger my deficit the less likely I personally am to stick with it :)

^^ Walking is a wonderful exercise compared to doing nothing. Walk anyways, do the kettle bell workout if you feel that you can or want to, no need to force it at this point, that growing baby is about to be a great workout! :)

Granted I'm 5'8.5", but when I'm playing super push, (or helping my dad in his yard) my TDEE is around 3200, activity makes a world of difference, tracked that TDEE to my weight loss for multiple months so I'm fairly certain that mine was accurate.

Sometimes it helps to take a break, if you're doing this everyday and not taking breaks, maybe you're body is just crying out for a break. Take a day off and eat at your TDEE or just slightly above. I've had great experience with Scooby's calculator as long as your activity level is accurate, you should be fine. If you're…

Thanks for the responses. So in general you just don't think about it? I don't know what classifies as organic Meerata- I tend to just get the best that I can afford. Which includes growing what I can, but doesn't generally involve affording organic at this time. (though my own are going to be grown with natural compost…
