Thanks for the ideas!

You could very well be going through withdraw. I find that I'm able to best stick with a plan that incorporates my normal eating habits, within reasonable ranges. Good luck.

Disappointed :( still want it because the lack of a monthly charge with the tech of the now discontinued body media..

At 5'9 170 if I sit at my computer on a gaming binge I burn about 1800, I would assume that if I were actually laying down it would go down considerably... If I didn't get up at all I'm pretty sure it would go down further... and I have you by 60 pounds, 7 inches, and probably higher muscle mass as I have a physical job…

If you want to go out to eat for lunch and you think you calories are sabotaging you, change the calories that you are controlling. allow more for lunch and watch the calories that you are drinking as well... If you are not losing weight and you're not accurately tracking your calories slowly reduce, give it time to show a…

I'm getting the error about updates now too. It's still syncing my data so I don't care for the moment, but just shows that they are taking as much of our monthly fees as they can with no effort to maintain the relationship with our band that we've had...

? worried about losing muscle? lift heavy things or do body weight exercise. Continue losing fat by eating at a reasonable deficit. Grats on the loss! I also recommend taking measurements (waist, thigh, etc) biweekly or monthly or w/e.

Mine does that if I plug it in when my computer isn't on an active screen, I just have to replug when my computer wakes up, but sometimes it just refuses to sync and I have to reinstall the sync, like once a week lately...

I don't eat breakfast. Even on days when I eat 3500 calories the most I have in the morning is a cup of milk with my vitamins. If I'm hungry or having an issue with my calorie balance for the week I'll have a protein shake with a meal.

Good idea with the scale! Did you tell your doctor about your exercise habits? Also, sometimes, hormonally, it's good to find maintenance before continuing on your rather impressive journey. Congrats btw, you're an inspiration and you are doing great! I'm of the mind that as long as I'm not gaining weight, I'm still…

yeah.... 5'9" at 168 lbs currently, but I burn between 2000-4100(current record 4050ish) depending on the intensity of my day! If I was eating 1700 calories I'd snap...

How long have you been losing weight this round? and congrats on your awesome loss, you're doing great! Also how long do you feel that you haven't been losing what you should have been? I know personally it takes about a monthly average for my weight loss to seem right.

do a search for sexypants in the forum and reevaluate your goals. I do not think you are eating enough... As long as you're recording everything that you have consumed you should still be losing weight though. 2 weeks is hardly a plateau, sometimes it just takes time. and depending on the time of month we do retain extra…

@Joepage612 are you the only one eating what you're cooking? I often make things for myself in bulk so that I only have to weigh each ingredient once. You can put it in the recipe calculator. After cooking I dish it out into how ever many servings I want to have, so if in the recipe builder I say 5 servings I scoop it into…

I'm just not willing to unlink and relink every day... have you also been having to reinstall the sync to your pc?

I know I'm late to the convo but @knitapeace I had the same issue, but the last month or two I've been wearing it everyday till bed time and taking it off and I've not had that issue anymore! @walkingalong Jawbone just bought body media this year and their next device is going to include body media tech! Yay up3. I'm…

I used an ecig for six months regularly and still use it infrequently when ever I think about smoking. Cigarette free since Feb 1, 2013! :)

most important thing is your diet. Eat appropriate foods(micro and macros) at a moderate deficit. work out as much as you want to. A couple of times a week is good, more if you want to.

Hello love. I have never had your issue, but if you're eating 2k calories, but only sometimes try to be more consistent. If you eat 2k calories per day for 2 weeks and do not gain, then bump it up to 2200 for another two consistent weeks. If you do not gain, bump it again to 2400 for two weeks. The most important thing is…

I feel ya! I wear a lot of guys clothes at work as generally I'm loading trailers so cargo shorts n t-shirt is my uniform... This time of year I do desk work for special projects and I can get away with wearing some of my better fitting clothes and I feel naked to start with... so much more showing between even a large…

That water resistance is really tempting... I may have to get it just for that... water is like 80% of my activity in the summer!

I will be anxiously awaiting reviews on the up3.... Love my body media, but the sync... I swear I have to reinstall it like 1-2 a week... never had that issue b4, and now it's apparently not syncing with mfp today... Had it over a year with no issues till this month...

When tracking, I balance weekly so that gives me a bit more flexibility, but I don't think of it as cheating. Mostly I just try to ensure that my protein and micros(vitamins/minerals) are taken care of then I'm free to eat as I please, but I'm pretty good at incorporating what I want into my micro/protein goals as well. gl.
