Awesome start, thanks to all my new friends. I work out a bit and I have some really good nutrition information ( yes I am a walking oxymoron ) and I also have a personnel trainer who I actually believe is a superhero at night and he loves to answer questions so if I can be any help please let me know. You support me and I…

As for the under eating, I don't know what you're eating , I didn't see your diary, so I can't even make an educated guess. I will say that we do need to eat lose. I use a fitbit, it's a pedometer on steroids. You keep it on you all the time, even when you sleep ( I don't do the sleep part ) Based on your weight and your stride length ( running and walking ) it counts calories burned for the entire day, counts flights of stairs total distance traveled. You link it up once or twice a…

You track the calories you take in, do you track all the calories you expend? And I mean all of them, even at rest. I use a Fitbit to track my movement all day. It links to my MFP account, so it gives me a more accurate calories burned. If you're not sure what a Fitbit is, its like a pedometer on steroids. After you figure…

To be honest, we need to know what your 1200-1400 calories is, what are you eating. Big mac large fries and a coke is over 1200 calories. Eat that every day at noon, by 7pm your gonna be starving. So what are you eating, then we can figure out why your hungry.

Almonds, for the crunch! Pickles when I had to many calories but I need something, and a diet coke with a slice of lemon.

Every morning, except sundays. I need to monitor myself.

Ok, I am going to ask a stupid question............I count the calories and ensure I use the correct serving size for my log. But why do people weigh their food, whats the benefit to this? Am I missing something? And for the recorded I guess I would only weigh what I eat, so without the shell.
