That's a fabulous NSV!

I remember that when I was about 7 years old my mom told me that there will always be people saying you're too fat and others saying you're too skinny. She was right! That was a way of putting it that was easy for even a 7 year old to understand and she can understand that too. Tell her that she is perfect just how she is…

I looked at about 10 random days through the last 2.5 months and the highest cal you had was like 1300 and that was with an added 300+ exercise cal so you were still under 300+ cal...up your calories girl!

Great job! I'm in about the same place that you are and am thinking I might need to reevaluate my goal weight...not sure that I have 18 lbs left.

My husband puts it on almost everything but icecream (he discovered it about a month and a half ago).

NSV is non scale victory. :) I'm going to refresh the page before I comment next time. :P

Do bears poop in the woods?!? Errr, I mean why yes, I can see a difference. You are off to a wonderful start! Keep it up girl!

A lot of bakeries have calorie info but you have to ask for it. If you know where he gets them, then call and ask if they have the calorie info that way you can at least know what you are putting in your mouth. Good luck!

I use a hydration pack on my long run days but I need to check out electrolyte packs/pills/tabs...

Are you doing the Run to Stay Warm? I might do that one! I've only been running off and on for about a year and didn't get serious about it until the end of June. I ran 13.7 last Tuesday and still debating if I want to do the event or not. Add me if you would like!

Warning: TMI ahead! No superstitions but I always feel like I have to pee every 30 seconds before I go out to run! lol

If people are around and you don't want to workout in front of them, then just head out the door and go for a walk. Walk a s brisk pace for as long as you can and then go home. Don't worry about what other people think. I felt really self conscious when I started running (particularly when I would wear tight running…

I have some how become one of those people that can eat a bite or two of something that I love and be happy but I'm afraid that if I had any awesome cheesecake in the house I wouldn't be so strong.

Fantastic! Congratulation!!!

Way to go!!! Keep at it!

That's one of the best NSV's ever!

I just run. I do one long run day a week and a couple shorter days (I'm starting to focus on speed with those days) and I am doing strength training a couple days a week as well as giving yoga a go one day a week. I do as much walking is I can get away with too and yesterday for the very first time, I ran 13.17 mile…

If you aren't actually hungry, try just grabbing a handful of the cereal and go back to bed. It sounds to me more like the action of getting up and eating is a habbit that is now engrained in you. Maybe if you can just hace a tiny bit, you are still going through the motions but without all the calories.

My nephew has the same problem. He couldn't drink regular milk at all for a long time because of it. Now he just has to have a few cup of Plum Smart juice every day. Regular prune juice did too much but Plum Smart is a little milder. Maybe you could try to limit the dairy for a couple weeks and see how that goes.

Matlock is the best! I wish her were real and still alive so that I could be framed for murder and he could save me!

I pretend to be a runner...my legs just don't know I'm faking yet. Add me if you want! ;)

It will also lower your cals as you drop weight (if you don't do it before, it will remind you every 10 lbs) remember that you burn more just walking around and doing your daily thing than somebody smaller would.
-
That would but me too!

I only hit people when working out (sparring...and such) oooooor if they are a "real bad guy" but if he started it....
-
OP you crack me up! I wish I was older so that I could the compliment too.

My hubby is so sweet and loves to spoil me which used to mean bringing home special treats for me often. I would feel like it would hurt his feelings if I didn't eat it. I would try to gently tell him that he that he didn't need to do that so much but it meant a lot to him. Finally, I set up a reward system for him. If I…

You can but as they are much larger than tree frogs I suggest limitting it to only one frog.
