Up your calories up to a level that is above your BMR. I'm 5'2" and eat at least 1300 a day and more than that if I get a good workout in.

Until she is truly ready there really isn't anything that you can do. Just be a roll model and remind her that when she is ready, you'll be there for her.

Did 3 sets yesterday 30m then 35 then 37. A few minutes in between sets though. If I was just doing as many as I could all in one set I'm sure that it would be over 40. Those were all regular, non modified push ups. I can't go down all the way with diamond, knuckle and finger tip push ups though. I'll get there!

I log whatever I'm eating for the day before midnight and if I think that I might be up after the witching hour and might have a snack, I just figure out what I want and log it before midnight and eat it before I go to bed.

As long as he doesn't push you way to hard then you are soooo lucky! A lot of us would love to have our man workout with us!

The only time that I have to go that often these days is when I have had too much sodium the day before. I guess that it is different for everybody though.

Hey, I don't even have that many "ab guys" on my FL. The ones I do have almost all (if not all) added me. Maybe we aren't all shallow or maybe it's just because I'm married (and he isn't an ab guy either).

Way to go! I'm so happy that you have decided to do the C25K program! I like my Asics as well. It would be a good idea to go in and get fitted for shoes, if not this time for sure next time. They will watch you run and be sure that you feet/ankles are lined up properly

You might also try using a tinted shampoo and your stylist might even be able to mix some for you.

That's what I was thinking. If they are going to check BMI's they should do it about every month or two because of how little kids tend to chub up a little and then grow three inches.

I think that you must fell about how we ladies feel when we see a guy with super long, thick, slightly curled eyelashes that are totally wasted on him! Lifting weights and regular cardiovascular exercise. What are you eating now? I honestly think that you need to focus on being healthy and not a particular size.
