Lifting weights and regular cardiovascular exercise. What are you eating now? I honestly think that you need to focus on being healthy and not a particular size.0

at 166cm and only 46kg, you are already very very very underweight. That gives you a body mass index of 16.7 (anything under 18.5 is underweight).
BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
