I'm sure that an app could do it. Particularly if there was actually a "baton" to pass. The gps could be with the baton and then it would automatically follow the current runner.

Even if it was like each state the relay went though had a team or two teams and communicated with the next team or had an online tracker or something...

Even if it isn't exactly a race so much as just a team effort. I don't know...sounds super fun to me!
-
That's a good idea!
-
We just need to get a few hundred people involved now...hahahaha
-
I think we could make that work!!! Oregon or Washington to Florida! Why not? :D
-
Where are you going to?

Yuuuuup! Calories in vs calories out. Burn more and it's all gooood!

I don't know that speed would be a must. If it were to be broken down into like 10 mile legs and either one person could run one leg or a few people could split the official leg up. Hmmmm Something to think about.

Well, that's what I get for learning to read in public school. (Or perhaps children distracting me every three seconds because they just got sent to bed plays a role here.) Hahaha, you're soooo punny!
-
Well that sounds amazing and I would super extra love to do that one but as I live in the US, not as easy for me to take part in.

Are we splitting hares or hairs...two very different mental images. Made me giggle. ;)

I vote for either more info on one or some how we put one together.

I actually haven't heard of a coast to coast at all...maybe because I live in Oregon and our biggest is the Hood to Coast.

It doesn't sound like denial so much as not really caring about yourself and likely a compulsive eating disorder. See a psychologist to help with that. Do it for your kids because if you don't, they won't have you around (or at least not in a functional capacity) to even see them through high school.

For a lot of women, that is the first place we gain weight and the last place we lose it. Just keep up the great work and you will get there. I wish there was a nonsurgical way to spot reduce but that's not how it works.

Fantastic job!

Way to go! Keep plugging away. You're getting there!

Hahahaha, I can relate to a few of those. I look much better running in my imagination than in real life. Sorry all you poor people that have the misfortune of seeing me run.

I'm not a huge fan of the bmi scale but it still feels good to be in the healthy range!

I grew up on goat milk and like it to cow milk but I like almond milk way more than goat or cow milk. I also feel better when I use it over animal milk even though I have no milk allergies or any medical reason not to drink it. Hemp milk is pretty good too. I don't really care as much for rice or soy and only like coconut…

You have plenty of protein rich foods that you are eating...are you watching your macros? Doesn't really seem like an issue if you are bulking.

Welcome and good luck!

I only do weights one day a week typically. I do squats, dead lifts, leg curls, barbell hip thrusters, kettle bell swings, bench, front dumbbell raises, bicep curls, over head tricep extensions, bent over rows, dumbbell kickbacks and I think that's it. Then I walk, run, do yoga, hiit workouts and have started bicycling the…

It sounds to me (life educated on the matter and far from a doctor) that you might have hyper extended it a little. I am guessing you locked your knees or fully straightened your legs when you were doing your leg press. Rest it up for a few days. Keep a slight bend in your knees when you do leg press next time.

Totally agree here. To me, cheating means feeling guilty. A treat here and there or even on rare occasion, going over my calories for the day is a splurge not cheating. If I am going to splurge or have a treat it could be pizza or a dinner out or whatever I really want at the time. To be honest, I have some dark chocolate…

Good lord! What a difference! Congrats on your huge success!

I go to the gym looking for a man to love me...by that what I really mean is that I go to the gym to improve myself and live a healthier, potentially longer life so that my husband will find me even sexier than he already does and I can get even more years of him loving me.

If you rarely have periods or if you have regular periods while pregnant and have an anterior placenta (the placenta is towards the outside of your stomach, which insulates the movements and make them harder to feel), have a long torso and or carry towards your back, you may not know. Plus if you are on some medications…
