i dont weight and measure most of the time but usually put more thn wat i think the quantity is. even if i m slightly off i m eating around 1800 cals a day and me TDEE is around 2500 so i cant be 700 cals off.

Thank you very much ... i checked there is a diff of almost 400 calories between sedentary and active so i would just add 300 calories as exercise on saturdays (i prefer to under count my calories burnt)
