What program should be used by someone who is trying to lose weight. (I understand lifting weights don't make you lose weight calorie deficit does)

Not very experienced with YouTube exercise videos but was told Jillian Michaels is good but non of you mentioned her except one. Should i try 30DS or is there some other video you recommend (Not very physically fit and cant workout more then 30 mins)?

I live in the Chicago Suburbs as well. If it takes me long and makes me sweat and my heart beats goes up then I log it .... if not then I just eat a "Fun Size" chocolate bar and not log either ;)

well yesterday i screwed up at lunch .... how i came back was not having dinner and I am doing the same today .... if you make a mistake just forget it and move on.

Measuring the oil in the deep fryer every time after frying :S and whatever i try i usually put it on napkins to absorb the oil .... that's tough

I never complete give up everything but reduce the amount of intake and try buying healthier options instead. Like now I only buy whole wheat bread instead of white and trying to reduce soda.
