One question from all of you. When ever I try to record my recipe I get in this confusion. How would I know how much oil is in the food if I deep fried it? any suggestions how to record that, Even if not deep fried but just pan fry but a lot of oil is left in the pan and doesn't become part of the food so what to do in that situation?

Simple. Measure before, then what's left over in the pan. Subtract what ya' don't use. ;-)0
